Our Role as a Travel Agent

Nautical Muse Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance providers. We do not own, operate, or control any of the travel services offered.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.

• Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice.

• Payment terms and deadlines are determined by the suppliers. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Deposits are typically non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by the supplier.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are set by the travel suppliers.

• We will assist you in requesting refunds or credits, but we cannot guarantee approval.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes.

Travel Documents & Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other required documentation for your trip.

• Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we are not responsible.
